Filter Exchange to welcome Phil Lewis, founder of Corporate Punk and Suzanne Linton, Co-Founder of Freestyle.
As the next Filter Exchange is fast approaching, we wanted to take the opportunity to shine the light on our guest speakers.
Phil is an Award-winning strategist, mentor, business leader, speaker and author. We were therefore delighted that he has agreed to come along to the next Filter Exchange to share his approach to changing business by thinking and acting human first!
Phil founded Corporate Punk because he knows there is a better way of making lasting, positive change to businesses. Prior to Corporate Punk, he worked in a range of creative and consulting environments both nationally and internationally.
Phil leads the business, and select client engagements with his trademark combination of compassion and candour.
He is also a Contributor at Forbes.
Phil will share how he changes businesses inside out, thinking and acting human first. How he builds for innovation, resilience and growth. Instilling agility and embedding better and happier ways of working.
Suzanne is MD and Co-Founder of Freestyle – the digital agency for non-sexy brands.
A chartered accountant (who had to start her own agency to escape from the finance team) and a swimming Master’s European Record holder, Suzanne brings her view on how a focus on building a strong team of individuals will deliver a great business result.
Freestyle is 23 years old, going from the spare bedroom to converted barns, and over that time has had to evolve both its proposition as well as the way the team works together.
Through growth and contraction and back to growth, Suzanne will talk about how she has built the team of her dreams, and remained sane.
We are super excited to hear Phil and Suzanne’s unique insights, stories and top tips!
